Use Cases

Build-A-Bear

In 2022, Build-A-Bear embarked on its journey with Pimberly, seeking a comprehensive solution to enhance its Product Information Management (PIM) processes. Fast-forward to 2024, the implementation of Pimberly PIM solution has enabled Build-A-Bear to efficiently manage all aspects of its product information. As such, productivity has greatly improved across various areas of the organization.

Maple Prime

To facilitate growth, Maple Prime has focussed on enhancing its digital infrastructure, seeking innovative solutions to streamline operations and elevate revenue generation. One of the major projects they have recently undertaken was a massive redesign and structure of their website, which Pimberly was fundamental to.

Furniture Box

A big driver for PIM was having rich and accurate product data. The team at Furniturebox were wasting a lot of man-hours trying to maintain accuracy. Because there was no central source of truth, inaccurate product information sometimes made its way to the customers. This got in the way of delivering the great end-to-end experience the company prided itself on. Finding a better way of managing product data and digital assets was key.

Gill Marine

Previously the eCommerce team had to battle with their prior platform and manual processes — it became a real barrier to growth. With Pimberly they were able to regain time and ownership. This provided Gill with the ability to be dynamic and fast, really fast. In the first half of 2020, Gill Marine was able to launch two US-based websites, open 10 online stores (4 B2B and 6 B2C) and a dedicated Amazon Store. This was made even easier with the BigCommerce-Pimberly API Connector.

FGH

Before FGH, Grattan and Freemans were both well-established mail-order firms supplying catalogs to thousands of homes across the UK. However, advances in technology meant more and more people opted to shop online. The merging of the two businesses in 2000 to create Freemans Grattan Holdings saw a switch from print to eCommerce.

Simon

With a passion for technology and excellent customer experience, Simon has been at the forefront of advancement in the electrical component sector. In 2016, they won the National Design Award – granted by the Spanish Ministry for Industry and Technology, showing their commitment to design and technical innovation.
